LED Lighting rated for Underwater use - Safe?

So, call me crazy, but I think some lighting would look cool around the inner edge of my pool maybe.
I have to look into how I would mount it, but if I could put it in aiming kind of down in the water it might be cool.

Am I going to electrocute myself, or my family with this stuff?

Any electrical people on here know enough about zappy stuff (that's layman speak for Electricity) to know if this will be safe?

Did some Googling, since I had a spare minute.
Found the following info as it relates to Televisions. So, If I mounted above the water line aiming down, IP-65 should be just fine I would think.
I guess my only inquiry now though would be, lets say somehow the strip is damaged, is the electricity going through it enough to harm anyone?

An IP65 rated television such as the TileVision is considered fully dust tight and has a waterproof rating of “water jets” which signifies these TVs are protected up to “water projected by a nozzle (6.3mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.” In most areas, this level of protection is more than sufficient for outdoor use even through rain, splashes, etc.
