I use a shop vac and then let the sun do the rest.

Also, when I used to take mine down, I'd blow some talc around with the leaf blower to prevent the vinyl from sticking to itself.
i used a leaf blower and the sun for about 2 days then i put some baby powder down and proceeded to fold up to keep vinyl from sticking.
Puddle pump to drain it down then wet/dry vac, leave it for a couple of hours and the inside is all dry. I fold the insides in and roll it up and store it in the loft - its done me six seasons now.
