Pool Pilot Nano Salt Chlorine Gen - Not generating chlorine

Any ideas on this?

No warning messages on Pool Pilot display (indicates 73%), but water check reads chlorine level at 0.

Pool water looks just fine.

Did some troubleshooting, tested and found voltage too low (1 V), but amperage is OK (5 Amps).

Tech says unit voltage should be between 17 & 19.

Thanks!

Welcome to TFP!

The odds are fairly high that your problem is incorrect chemical balance, and the SWG is working just fine. If you would post a complete set of water test results we can probably figure out what is happening.

Your numbers are fairly good, no immediate indication of problems there. Plus, the boost test indicates the problem is with your SWG, not the chemistry.

While you continue to have problems with the SWG, you need to remember to add chlorine manually. You don't want to leave the pool without chlorine for long or you will get algae.
