Help with salt pool

Hello! We recently converted our above ground Easy Set pool to the Intex Saltwater system. I am having trouble getting it balanced. Here are the levels as of this morning:

volume - 5900 gallons
Salt ppm - 3000
Hardness -100
Total Chlorine - 0
Free Chlorine - 0
ph - 8
Alkalinity - 40
Stabilizer - 0

I am in TN - the temps here average 80-90 daily.
