inserting pool light, not working.new bulb or me stupid?

Hi everyone!
Beautiful day in Buffalo/Niagara Falls! :party:
Put in underwater light and tried turning on. didnt come on. Hit reset button by on/off switch. switched back off. Flipped dedicated circuit breaker. retried,no luck. Possible just need new bulb or am I missing something, (like usual). it did turn on briefly once. Thank you!
