When to test/ adjust for ph

Hi,

I just cleared my pool up. It took about 2 weeks. I had a pretty bad swamp. My OFCL test was at 1ppm two nights in a row, water is clear, and CC is less than 1.

I didn't adjust my pH before I started shocking because like a bonehead, I didn't fully read the instructions.

Anyway, I've started to let the FC level come down. I'm at about 13 ppm at 60 CYA. When will the pH results be reliable, so I can adjust it?
