Free Chlorine is WAY to low, what to do?

Hey guys!
I was a little lax with my pool for a couple week and it started to green up on the bottom. I added some shock from Wally world and backed it up with bleach, lots of filtering , and some cleaning. It is starting to look a whole lot better now other than being a little cloudy.
I took some tests and here is what I came up with.
.8ppm FC
.4ppm CC
8ph units
110ppm TA
50ppm CH
60ppmCYA

I know the FC is WAY to low, so what would you suggest? I have been using bleach for the most part, but don't know how much I should add to get it back to where it needs to be. Any suggestion?
Also, if you have any suggestions on the rest of my tests, I'd appreciate that as well.
Thanks!!!

Micah

Lower the PH a little, to the 7.2 to 7.6 range, and add lots more chlorine. With CYA of 60, shock level is 18. Bring the FC level up to 18 and hold it there by testing and adding more chlorine as needed at least twice a day and up to every hour.
