I've been looking for something I came across last summer and I don't know if it's stickied or not or even still around. Does anyone know where the post about "Breakpoint Chlorination" or something to that effect is? (maybe under a different name, that's just what comes to mind"

Breakpoint chlorination is just another name for shocking to eliminate CC. The 'formula" (which is not really totally correct) is to raise the FC by 10x the CC reading (for example, if you have 1.5 ppm CC you raise the FC by 15 ppm above what it is to reach 'breakpoint" but often this forumula is not quite correct.)
