Cleaner Request

Does anyone make a robot that cleans bottom, walls, and skims? It would be fairly easy to make a robot that sucked water from the bottom and top and blew it out to the left and right. This would give it the normal ability to clean bottom and sides, but with a good top skimmer design, could travel at the top of the water doing skimming passes. My skimmer generally sucks at getting all the little stuff when the wind is blowing wrong. One gadget to do 100% of the cleaning would be awesome! If any manufacturer wants to fly with this idea, I'll gladly sell it to you for the mere cost of one working unit.

Haven't seen anything like that. Effective skimming would require something to be on the surface the whole time I would think.
