To raise cya or not?

My cya is at 60 right now. Started out at 20 this spring from draining pool water over the winter and have slowly been raising in 3 pounds of cya at a time. My water is perfect right now. Pump run time is as follows with a ecostar pump:

4am-11am 1100 watts
12pm-3pm 1500 watts
4-4:45 2100 watts
5:30-6 3000 watts

My aqua logic is SWG is set at 25% and pool is around 19000 gallons.

Pool gets full sun for 11-12 hours.

Should I add another 3 pounds to bring my cya up to 80? Will I be able to lower my percentage on my SWG if I do?

I would say 70 to 80 for a SWG with alot of sun.

Ok thanks. I know pool school says that is the preferred range but didn't know if I needed to being everything seems fine at 60.

If everything is ok leave it alone. How is your FC consumption ?

It stays in the 4-5 range. Usually check around 7-7:30 at night and it is always in that range with CC at 0.

Raising it would likely allow you to lower the % output a bit, possibly extending the cells life some.
