I purchased the Hayward SwimPure Plus around 3 years ago. I'm getting ready to switch my cell and I see that the T-Cell 15 is for 40K gallon pools. My pool is 25 K gallons and I'm concerned that the original cell was over sized. Can I run the 15K Cell on the Swimpure Plus system, or does it have its own system?

You probably can, but I'd get another T15. The marginal cost increase is outweighed by the extra life you'll get out of it. Oversized = less runtime to keep FC up = longer life!
