I have been lurking for a while and have learned so much from the wealth of information available here. I am in East Texas and was wondering if anyone could tell me if I am on the right track. I think I am finally (nervously) ready to pull the trigger.

I realize that PB2 is a bigger pool with a few extras and I am waiting for PB1 to revise bid to make this a more apples to apples comparison. We have decided not to go with a sport pool. I have attached a rendering from PB2.

I think your BB1 quote will be more in line with what we paid as you do not have a spa. PB2 seems a little high.

Sorry, I dont have any opinion on the quotes, however curios if those renderings represent 600 sq/ft of concrete?

There is concrete under and 8 ft. beyond the covered area already. PB2 concrete should read 632 sq. ft. Sorry, copy/paste error.
