EcoStar water in pump lowers down and returns start to bubble

Okay. I just had installed new Ecostar 3400 and the same problem.
I found his forum after extensively searching for solution.

After priming and pump running on low for about 6-8
hours level of water in pump lowers down about 1-1.5 inch and returns start to
output air.
On the high rpm air disappers until rpm falls.
Builder swears there no leaks in the system and states to check with Hayward.
Internet messaging boards do mention this problem quite often.I

I did all basic troubleshooting like checking O-rings, using Jack 123, teflon tape, etc. Nothing
helps. It looks like it is dynamic suction side leak which disappear
on suction increase or else. Does not look as piping problem which would have opposite effect.
Did anybody found a solution?
