My auto pilot is running @ 1v, 5.0 amps is this normal? I'm getting intermitten errors of "low amps cell", test shows 0V 0.6 Amps but it resets after a few seconds back to the 1V 5A.

You are probably getting the volts/amps when the cell is turned off, resulting in the unusual readings. I suggest turning on boost and waiting 30 seconds and then reading out the volts/amps again. Remember to cancel boost after you do that.
