help Goldline aqua pod wireless remote

i just received a aqua pod wireless remote with the AQL2 base receiver. My problem is i have a p4 aqua logic with a out of date (main software revision 2.41) so the remote does not work. Question does anyone know if the P4 aqua logic could be updated without replacing it? Can a new version be downloaded
