How do I resize my pictures

I have posted pictures here before.
I use to resize them before I used them as attachments.
I have a different computer and I can't figure out how to resize my pictures.

I use zoombrowser. Is ther a simple way to resize? Thanks

I'm not familiar with zoombrowser. I use photobucket and they are correctly sized.

For Windows XP, an easy tool is a Powertoy called Image Resizer. After installing, right click the image and resize. Very easy!!

Here's the link to other Powertoys, but scroll down and look for Image Resizer.

    Ditch zoombrowser and try Picasa.

I used zoombrowser many years ago and it slowed way down with the more pictures I added.
