What symptoms are you seeing that lead you to think your light in interfering with your pump pressure?
What does your water look like? Clear and sparkling? Green and cloudy? Other??

Well,it is a 24ft round above ground which is 30,000 gallons??I have a pent aire dynamo filter..and where the water shoots across the pool there is a light and it seems to have hardly any pressure and I am thinking it is because of this light and optional water sprinkler..My pools is currently a swamp.Just toke the cover off! Lots of work ahead of me!Thanks for the response!!! :-D

Have you cleaned your filter recently? What is your normal filter pressure in psi, and what is the filter pressure when the filter needs cleaning? What is the filter pressure right now?

If you don't already have a decent drops-based test kit, you are going to need one. A TFP member sells such a kit, and Taylor has a kit as well as Leslie's Pool.
