Hi Sam,
I have done it a couple of times from my computer. So, where it asks you for the file name you would put "Photo 2.jpg" or what ever the name of the picture you want to upload is. Of course without the quotation marks. It is asking for a file on your computer to upload from. I have never used Photo bucket so I can't be of help there.

For photobucket, try to just copy the IMG code and paste it the post and the image should appear when you hit preview or submit.
