solar covers, the small ones

I did a search , so if I missed it, I am sorry for a re post.

What do you guys think of the little round solar heaters? Like these :

I haven't seen that specific brand before, but generally the small round covers that you use several of don't have a very good track record. They don't cover the entire pool, so are less efficient than a regular solar cover. They tend to blow around and stack up on top of each other. And it can be annoying to fish the last few out of the pool.
