Hello - it looks like some of my pm have been sent and others are staying in the outbox. How do I get them sent? I do not see a resend or retry button.

You don't need to do anything. Outgoing messages stay in the outbox until the recipient reads them. Depending on who you sent to and how often they read their PMs, that could be a very long time.
