Low Chlorine Read

We can't get our chlorine readings to come up after shocking pool two nights in a row. Have 4 pucks in skimmer and readings haven't gone up or down.

FC-very low
CC-very low
PH-OK
TA-OK
CH-Ok but a little high
CYA-low

Water is clear but not the glassy clear

Welcome to TFP!!!

Those are not NEARLY specific enough for us to provide any useful help. Let me guess, test strips? They are worthless.

Order one of the recommended test kits and read Pool School (button at upper right of the page) so you get an understanding of the chemistry.

Likely you need to go through the Shocking Your Pool PROCESS to clear the water, but that is not possible using test strips.
