My cya level is 132, when I have the water tested at the pool store it says it is ideal between 30-200 but my fc is 0. From what I'm reading it sounds like I need a partial drain, how much is considered a partial drain?

 Welcome to TFP!!!

First, we do not trust pool store testing ... especially for CYA.

If you would like to learn our methods, read Pool School and order one of the recommended test kits so that you can fully understand what is going on in the pool.

Lowering CYA is a 1 to 1 reduction with the volume removed ... replace 50% of the water and your CYA will go down by 50%. If you do not have a SWG, then our recommended range is a CYA of 30-50ppm.
