Can SWG salt crystals damage interior wood floors?

We are in the early phase of having a salt water pool installed! We're currently having all our slate sealed but I'm curious if there is anything we should do to protect the wood floors? I've heard a wear pattern from the salt can develop over time but not any preventative measures.

We have never had the slightest problem with wooden floors and a salt pool, nor can I really imagine how you could have a problem. Add some mud into the equation and things get messy, but salt alone at normal SWG levels is not something you are going to notice in that context.
