Generator not generating

My AquaRite generator is not "generating". I have checked everything. Everything seems to be working and clean except the generating light has not com eon and the pool is starting to get hazy. I know...add Chlorine now. I have read all the posts and wonder if there is anything else to try before replacing the panel, besides replacing the black disc thingy?

There are two readings which are zero. So if I knew what part of the board controlled those readings I might be able to tell what part is not working.
The readings are:
9.90
28
31.4
0.00
34P
-0.00
AL -5
r 1.40

I know there is usually a salt reading which I keep around 3200 so that must be one of the missing values. Instead of the circuit board, could it be that the sensor that the water flows by is just not sensing the salt level and so isn't generating chloride?
