Was hoping someone can answer this question for me. If I do the pavers under the legs, and the insulation foam boards on top, do I still need the tarp ground cover over top the insulation?

I did and I've read where others have also put the ground cover on top of the foam. Now, I feel roots moving and I don't care. I say, the more the better.
My question is more, do I have to put a tarp down? My original ground cover was thrown away and I would like to not buy a new one if I don't have to.
