No Flow on SWG System

I have a Mineral Springs Salt Water system. Setup my system and the it's showing "no flow". Since i live in northeast, take out my cell each year...Does the cell have to be installed in a specific direction? Is it possible that the flow detection wire is defective? does that wire have to face in a specific direction when screwed into the cell? I installed last year(my second year withou problem...unless i just got lucky)...just wondering if it's an installation problem or something has failed?

Tom,

There should be a directional arrow on the flow switch that shows which direction to position the flow switch.
Make sure all the connections are tight and snug. Make sure that there are no signs of corrosion.

Thanks...I checked all over and found that the wire was cut....I did strip the wire and re-connect....all i well.
