Hi, This is a great site, wish I had known about it before I decided to replaster my pool.
My pool was replastered about a year ago, now it looks like there is "dirt" inside the plaster, it appears on several areas in the pool and the number of areas increases by time.
The dirt almost looks like there is sand spread out on the bottom of the pool, however the "dirt" is under the plaster.
Grateful for any advice on how to take care of this issue??

The plaster got black spot all over the pool (inside the plaster) after about a month of replastering, this was taken care of by emptying the pool and then wash the spots with acid and then heated the spots with a torch. The plaster company said that the plaster was contaminated, but that it was no issue with the plaster....
