Small rock inside the liner/wall

Just wondering if anyone has any idea to take the small rock(about 1 inch diameter) out. It about 2 feet from the coping that meets the liner.

There is no easy way to do that. You will need to lower the water level, take the liner out of it's track for a couple of feet on either side, reach down and get the rock, and then put everything back. This is all best done on a warm sunny day to help the liner stretch more easily.
