To Fill Or Not To Fill - Is the question

Continuation of the saga...

I drained the pool and had this layer of floc/dirt on the bottom. I was going to try to rig my pool vaccuum, but my idea didn't work . The next question is, do I refill the pool now with the gunk on the bottom and vaccuum it when it gets so full or do I continue to flush the gunk out thru the drainplug.

When I get the pool refilled, I want to the the step by step instructions on what to do next after its filled with fresh water. I hope I don't sound retorical. I have read pool school and its a lot to take in.

Borrow a wet/dry shop vacuum. You usually have to remove the paper element inside before you start vacuuming up water.

Yay! I was able to borrow the wet dry vac from my office. I am gonna give it a go when I get home from work today. =)

Then, I'm gonna refill the pool and use the BBB method.
