    quicky marinades?

    I've concocted many recipes over the years & I like Weber's mesqite powdered stuff u get at the grocery..if u need something fast its tasty & i'm not an instant food person

    Red wine for flank steak

    Jalapeno juice for venison roasts

    Zesty Italian Dressing (Kraft or any brand) for soaking your fish overnight.
    Also lemon juice and lemon pepper (think Salmon).

    We use Allegro marinade on our steaks and pork chops. Good stuff for a commercial marinade.
    24' x 52" AGP - approx 13,500 gallons

    Try this Marinade

    1 Cup Coke
    1/8 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
    1 TBS (more or less)of your favorite seasoning
    I use Bellycheer Blazin Cajun

    Marinate 2-3 Steaks for 2 days

    Grill and enjoy.
