Eclipse 3

I saw in most resent pool supply catalog a product called eclipse3. Anyone use it? Sounds simple to use. It's advertised to be used by 6 flags. Not really sure how the cost compares to the BBB method. Last year was my first year and it seems like I added a lot of bleach. Or the pool was lacking it.

Eclipse 3 adds copper to your water, which we never recommend. Copper at concentrations sufficient to be effective is highly prone to causing unsightly stains that are difficult and expensive to remove. It can also turn blonde hair green. There is really no point in taking those risks, as chlorine alone is more than sufficient.

Generally speaking, if it's YET another "mineral system"............avoid it like Jason said.
