staining of new plaster

I need some advise. My plaster is a week and half old, water is crystal clear, and is well balanced(ph keeps rising, but that's typical with new plaster, right?)
My problem is I keep getting stains from organics falling into pool (leaves, bird droppings). Is this normal?

I get occasional stains in my pool from some sort of plant/pollen. The stain always goes away within 24 hours or less due to the normal maintenance chlorine level. No brushing required.

And, yes, it is normal for pH to drift up on new plaster.
