Changing ladder anchors on SW pool

Have a SWG and the ladder and railing anchors are corroded. They were made out of aluminum and I want to replace them with bronze. Any tips on getting the old ones out or any other info? Thanks

The old ones were set in cement, correct? They'll have to be cut out. Do you have a pic?
