I have a in groung pool with a vinyl liner. I drained it to clean and i have under liner. Any suggestions.

I am going to take a guess that your saying you have water under the liner? How far did you drain in the shallow end? If your local ground water table is high, then you do not want to drain below it, or you risk having the liner lift. With that said, often just refilling the pool will fix the issue once you have refilled up above the water table, though wrinkles can show up, these can sometimes be worked out.
