Concrete repair on Liner pool floor

This pool had a liner failure the winter before last and was left partially empty this past winter (Toronto Area). I have no idea if these cracks existed before but now we need to fix them before a new liner is installed. Any advice is welcome. One side of the section crack is about 1/8" higher that the adjacent piece so I'm worried about a ridge cutting or wearing through the new liner. Wondering about an epoxy filler for the crack with a skim coat to even out the section. I'm assuming the original material is sand / concrete (Grout). If I have to break out the entire section and re cement ..what could I use. Will poolcrete bond to other types of material. ? I'll get better pics and post later.
