Hello from Kentucky!
Just found this site and I am sooo happy!!

We had a 24 x 52 ultra frame above ground intex pool last year, and I TOTALLY messed it up :shock:

. We just trashed it and got a new one this year to start all over. We have 3 daughters and tons of their friends over all of the time. It seems that our house has become the 'hang out' house. Which is great for me, because I am all about my kids.

Any who, I know that I have a lot of 'stupid' questions and know that yall will help me.

I agree about the kids. I'd much rather have them at my house where I set the rules.

I am looking for info mainly dealing with the BBB Method, how much, how often, etc. Which topics should I hit first? I have posted an inquiry, and hoping to have advice soon.

I have two questions...

1. Where do you get a 'scumbug' &

2. How do you calculate how many gallons in your pool?

I have a 16 x 48 ag intex ultra frame...

I thought I had figured right.
I thought it was 6000 gallons, but
someone questioned me about it, and
now I am not for sure.

Kristi,Use Jason's pool calculator here . At the bottom is a section for calculating pool volumes. BTW, I would bookmark the calc, it will be your best friend for calculating the 3 B's.
