Is This a Big Deal?

Installed above ground pool last summer and kept it up using BBB from the start. I winterized follow BBB method and just removed cover after a long long winter. The water was crystal clear but I do have one concern. On one side of the pool the liner at the top by the rail has a bag/wrinkle. Is this something to worry about and if so how do I fix it. Will it go away when I finish filling the pool? Thanks for the help

What type of liner do you have , unibead , overlap ?

Have you checked to see if it has come out of the track ?

Not sure how to go about doing that. Can not really see anything under the rail.

Use your hand to feel. You could take a section of the top rail off. It won't hurt anything.

Could be the low water level too.
