I got my Speed Stir the other day and have been using it for all tests in the TF-100 kit. Are there any tests where the Speed Stir is not recommended to be used? I ask because it seems my FC raised when using the Speed Stir even when I didn't add chlorine which leads me to believe that one of the methods produced inconsistent results.

I use the speedstir for all the tests. Posts from forum members seem to indicate it is more accurate than doing by hand.
I don't use it for the pH or OTO color block tests. :lol:

Alrighty then, glad I got it since I was measuring FC in the 3-4 range without the Speed Stir and now measuring in the 5.5-7 range without adding bleach.....unless the Trichlor (I know, I'm just going to use up the remaining 3-4 I have left) is increasing it that much.
