Brown stains

Hi Friends,

I was testing my pool yesterday and after I was done I noticed that I had brown stains all over my hand. I'm kinda messy when I test but the stains won't come off. I've tried mineral spirits, paint thinner. Nothing will take it off. Anyone know what might remove this? And anyone know what caused it?

We're you by chance using a Taylor Salt Test Kit? It uses Silver Nitrate, which has been discussed here before relative to brown skin staining.

That is the only thing that I could think of either. If it is silver nitrate staining, you'll just have to be patient. It's gotta wear off.
