Disposal of old test reagents

I've been using the same reagents for the past two seasons (maybe three for some). I decided to get a refill kit this year (TFP kit, of course). What is the best way to dispose of the old reagents?

You can just pour them out into the sink. Leave the water running as you pour to dilute them. The quantities involved are small so there shouldn't be any issues.

This is a very old thread and many municipalities have updated how to dispose of chemicals. This is the link for my municipality Household Hazardous Waste Recycling (HHW) | Environmental Management Department and I bet if you live in a municipality you might find similar information.
