Best wall brush for vinyl IG?

I need to get a new wall brush. In the past I've used the cheap ones from Walmart and our local pool store (which I refuse to ever go in again), and the plastic bristles always break off and float in the pool or end up in the skimmer basket. There's got to be a better way.

I had a link saved that I saw here a long time ago, it was a brush with some kind of fin on it that applied greater pressure on the down stroke, but my computer crashed and it's poof gone.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I think the brush that you are referring to is called a wall whale brush.
