Looking for a pool repair person in Austin, TX area

I have a spa that spills over into the pool. The spill over is made from those 6x6 glass transparent blocks. I have about 4 of them that area cracked. They then get algae in them that is very difficult to kill. Even after it is killed, it remains in the blocks and turns black. Not very sightly, and it is a constant battle.

I'm hoping someone can recommend a pool repair person that could come remove the blocks and put new ones back in.
