Deck O Seal alternatives

Looking back through the archives, I see where Pool Seal, Vulkem and Dow 790 have been suggested as alternatives to Deck O Seal. I'm having trouble finding a source for any of these in Dallas. Does anyone know anything which would work as well and be readily available.
Is Deck O Seal enough better than the alternatives that I should just pay the price.

I used Vulkem 45 SSL to seal the joint between the pool coping and the concrete patio. It's very easy to use and apply. If you go to Tremco Sealants website you can actually order samples.
