Glue for solar cover? Flexible and durable?

My solar cover is in 3 pieces. Two are huge (about half the size of the pool) and one is very small. I'd like to glue the small piece onto one of the big ones for ease of use (duct tape did not work).

Has anyone done this before?

Is there a good epoxy out there that will do the trick?
I was hoping for something strong and flexible, but was also wondering if inflexible would also work so long as I made many small spots instead of one long seam.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I would try Amazing GOOP® Household, it is both waterproof and flexible and it is also easy to work with.

It takes extremely good temperature regulation to heat seal plastic, I very much doubt you could do so with a regular iron.
