I have a korky autofiller on my pool. Since I recently refilled my pool its constantly running. Not sure if one of the kids got ahold of it. Is there a trick to locking it in place. I have set it to the level and turned it clockwise? I am trying to determine if its broken or if its user error on my part.

if its broke, how hared are they to replace?

What does the valve look like? Many are just like toilet valves or they are a brass float valve. It sounds like maybe the float level needs to be adjusted. If you move the float are you able to get the water to turn off?
