Is this a bromine or chlorine sanitized tub?

It is likely your ph is much lower than you tested and should be raised imediatly to prevent damage to equipment. I would start by raising you ph using borax and calculating how much you need using poolcalculator.com, then retest after 1/2 of circulation and recalculate the new dose and add it, repeating this process until your ph is measurable.
