SW pool is green, please help

Hi, welcome to TFP. I have a few questions so we can troubleshoot your problem. Do you know what the water temperature is currently? Can you tell if the SWG is generating any chlorine? Are there any lights on the display that are steady or blinking when the unit is turned on? What brand is the SWG? Any pictures you can post of your equipment will also help.

Is it a clear green or is it a cloudy green? If clear, based on your high pH you have copper. If cloudy, you have algae. Either way, you are going to have to lower your pH. Have you been using anything that contains copper, like a mineral system or algaecide?

By the by, your PH is way too high. You need to keep PH below 8.0. Lowering TA will make keeping the PH under control easier.
