Screenlogic missing temperature history

I have a recently installed Pentair screenlogic interface which has been working fine for the past few weeks but all of a sudden is not loading any of the temp history. I just get a spinning circle (see screenshot).

From searching the web it looks like some sort of query glitch but I am unable to identify if there is an easy way to fix / reset this. Everything else with screenlogic seems to be working fine.

Has anyone encountered this and if so is there a way to fix it?

For anyone who may encounter this issue, it is resolved by updating / re-loading the protocol adapter.

How much temperature data do our systems store? It seems to be between 5-7 days, but I'm guessing it might be longer?
Also, can you export this data as a csv?
