Is it possible to install design tiles like a turtle or dophin after a pool is full of water? or is there somethine like that you can stick to ceramic?

No, real tiles can only be installed while the pool is drained. Obviously not the same thing at all, but there are some kind of sticky plastic sheets that are printed with images of decorative tiles that can be installed underwater.
Thanks now that i am over the cost of the pool i am just looking at the options i could not afford earlier. thanks
