New Pool Build, Plan and Recommendations (Central FL)

I'm New to the site. I live in Central FL and I am settling on a pool Design. This is what I'm thinking.....

Questions
1. Pool Finish..... Stonescapes, Pebble Tec, SGM River Rok? Or a Quartz Finish instead of a Pebble Finish?
I would like a deep blue pool color like this Aqua Blue with DBL pigment. I'm just worried it will turn out splotchy.

Looks good. You might want more than one light in the pool. We have two but still not very bright on the red color.

I would also suggest two lights.....mounted perhaps in the spa wall facing outward into the pool so the light won't glare from the house side of the pool.
